Staff are the people that you will be working with. Your superiors will give you your orders and assign duties as they see fit. Subordinates will be allowed to help you with some of your missions, but may not be available all of the time. Most of our agents are considered under cover all of the time, due to the sensitive nature of our jobs. You will also be considered under-cover, and you may not divulge any information regarding our missions, peers, or locations. Doing so could result in your termination.

Credentials: Elizabeth Perkins is a graduate of Creighton University in Edinborough, Scotland, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate degree. She attained legal citizenship in 2007 of the United States of America. Ms. Perkins became an FBI Special Agent in 2009, and her first assignment was to the San Diego Field Office. She later served as the Supervisory Senior Resident Agent of the El Centro Resident Agency, San Diego Field Office.
Ms. Perkins has held numerous managerial positions throughout her career with the FBI, both in the field and at FBI Headquarters. In 2006, Ms. Perkins was promoted to the Public Corruption Unit at FBI Headquarters, where she served as a Supervisory Special Agent. She was later promoted to Chief of the Public Corruption Unit. In 2007, Elizabeth was appointed Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the NorthEase Division. In 2007 Ms. Perkins became an Inspector in the Inspection Division, and in early 2008 she was designated as the Chief Inspector. In November 2008, Ms. Perkins was appointed to serve as the Special Agent in Charge of the Detroit Field Office. In that capacity she is responsible for managing all FBI operations and investigations in the state of Michigan and is directly involved with managing the Torchwood Facility.

Credentials: He was educated at the University of Sydney, receiving a BSc (Hons) in 1940and an MSc in 1941. He was awarded a Ph D from the University of London in 1949. He was a Captain in the Army from 1942 to 1944. Craig was a Lecturer in physical chemistry, at the University of Sydney from 1944 tp 1946, a Turner and Newall Research Fellow and Lecturer at University College, London from 1946 to 1952, Professor in physical chemistry at the University of Sydney from 1952 to 1956 and Professor in theoretical chemistry at University College, London from 1956 to 1967. Recruited during the 80′s, he has been serving with torchwood for more than thiry years.
Faq: During his tenure at Torchwood 5 he has seen many things that have made him hard to understand. Even in an enviroment where his colleagues spend much of their time with him, they often find it difficult to communicate with him. It is in my opinion that prolonged exposure to rift energies are causing dementia in the doctor and that he should be watched at all times.

Brief: Joe is a longtime resident of Torchwood 5 after being dropped through the rift that now centers over our city. He has been here for more than 25 years. He has seen more than most of the staff here and is a welcomed addition to the team. His name unfortunately is unpronounceable and therefore he has been deemed Joe, for his absolute love of coffee. Bring him Starbucks and you’ll make quick friends with him.
Sadly most cannot get past the fact that his species bears many similarities to the Earth Praying Mantis (too many to name) and he spends most of his time studying the rift energies that shoot through the area. I believe that he has been a great help to the team and wish that there were a way for him to leave torchwoods underground facility. Unfortunately he is not able to do so. Some time back before I (Dr. Finley) took over he was allowed to leave the facility but was hunted fiercely while on the surface. Obviously our species is not quite ready for his and he has quite rightly remanded himself to our facility.
If you are reading this personnel file I would have you know that his knowledge of other space races and technology is astounding if you can be diplomatic enough for him. As I see him daily I don’t believe he harbors any ill intent towards us, but he is also very hard to read.
